SEPTEMBER POND

The green frogs have settled down and become less noisy.
The pond scene is now mostly bullfrog faces

SAVOR THE SEASON !
I tried to move a nearby leaf closer to this bullfrog, to
set up a nice autumn "still life" shot... but it wasn't
so still!  In typical bullfrog fashion, my movement
caused a pounce-and-grab.

LATE-SEASON GREENS
The green frogs have been disappearing
(Are cool nights sending them down to hibernate?)
But there were two today... here's one of them

I was waiting
for a cloud to block the harsh sunlight
for the lily pad shot below, when this dragonfly
started hanging around on me

HANGIN' AT THE PAD
